I love the look & design of this bag. It is a slouchy type & very casual looking. It is a high quality soft leather that will age gracefully. It has a very trendy, fashionable look when worn cross body. I love the outer section for my phone or keys. The interior is beautiful & has enough little spaces for other important items. The ONE thing I do not like about this bag is that the "TORY" emblem logo piece on the front is very heavy which weighs the bag down after you put your own things in it. Just for that reason I don't like it but I do get compliments when I carry this bag especially when I wear it cross body which is very comfortable when walking, shopping or carrying other items. The beige color is an awesome look from black.
I'm a big Tory Burch fan and have owned 4 or 5 of her bags, which are always well designed. What makes this purse wonderful are all the regulars for Tory Burch: wider than deep so your handbag is not a bottomless pit, contrast lining, extremely sturdy manufacturing, great versatility so can be casual & dressy at the same time. But what sets this purse apart are the two small compartments at front & back. While these compartments provide classy style elements, they are so useful! Put your car keys here and you will never be hunting frantically in a dark parking lot for your keys! Slip your boarding pass and drivers license here to make airport check-in easier.
I like the shorter straps which can be carried on your forearm, in your hand, or over your shoulder. The longer strap is not my style, but it might be yours!
I bought this bag 2 years ago ... I wanted to wait , see the wear and tear on this bag and then write a review... This is classic Tory Burch . The bag is so beautiful and is great for everyday use. Now let me mention that this is my go to purse when running around running errands , so in other words I do not baby this purse. Having said that , the bag looks wonderful . The leather is very supple and buttery. I love that I can wear it on my shoulder and also as a crossbody. My only complaint is that its not a zipper top. If it had one, in my opinion it would be perfect. I do recommend it though as a very casual tote, it fits everything.
If I was allowed only one black bag this would be it. It's not too small so I could use it for work, and not too big so I could use it going out. It's classy, but not flashy. And it's got enough structure so things don't just get lost at the bottom. I didn't give it five stars because of the price, not that it's not worth it, but that's what makes me stop, go home, and think about it.
