Definitely helped with round ligament pains. If you wear like the pictures it will roll up, but just fold it up over bottom of bump and voila! Extra bump support and no issues with rolling.

I am pregnant with my third baby and she is causing a lot of back pain. I was using the belly bands but they are so uncomfortable that it was hard to keep on. This too has given me so much support I am in awe that I feel so good now. It’s a great investment!
The photo makes it look like there's a built in bra but that did not seem like the case with the white one I bought. It may have some added support but I would still need a bra. Also, some of the reviews said to size up because the straps were short so I ordered the Medium. I should have gone with the small because the straps were too long and didn't give any support. I'm going to try the regular support tank instead.

Rolls up non-stop

I got this hoping it would smooth me out (my belly button, most of all!) and maybe give me some support. The thing ended up rolling up non-stop and being totally uncomfortable. It’s also oddly long – too long for a top shaper and too short to be a dress shaper. After wearing it at work for about 2 hours I ended up taking it off in the bathroom because it was so annoying and you could see the rolls of the fabric when it rolled up through my clothes. I had already removed the tags so unfortunately I’m stuck with it. I would NOT recommend.
