I have a lot of trouble finding boots that work for my legs, and I am also short - so I did not think the rain boot look would work for me, with everyone running around with these tall rain boots everywhere! These are perfect! They fit my calves, they are not as tall as the Tall Hunters, they are not too shiny, they are so comfortable. They do run huge! I usually wear an 8.5 in boots, and I got these in a 7.
Loved the boots; however, I'm short (about 5' 2'') and they just didn't work for me. They were floppy, bending a lot when I walked so I ended up returning them. I've seen them on other people and loved them, but they weren't for me.
