Disappointing

I've been using this mascara for years and it works great in terms of it actually being waterproof. I've gone swimming with it on and it does not run, streak or smudge. However, in recent shipments the mascara I've been receiving have been terrible. It clumps right there within the tube and on the wand. The product itself collects at the neck of the tube so whenever I insert the wand back in, the products squishes out when I screw the wand back into the tube making a huge mess, and as a result the wand tip gets all goopy when pulling it out of the tube. I want to continue loving this mascara but its quality has really gone downhill the past 2 years.

Prosbest, no clumps
I have tried all types of mascara. This is my most favorite. It never clumps. It goes on nicely. it is truly waterproof, but comes off nicely with wash. It never comes off onto my eyelids. My eyelashes look as good 10 hours later as they did when I first applied the mascara.

Worst mascara ever - totally dried out!

Prosworst mascara, dried out
This mascara was included in a set purchased from this site a few weeks ago. The mascara appears to be completely dried out by its first use despite the fact that I never opened it before the first use.
I usually like mascaras with the shorter, more precise brushes; too bad I could barely scrape out any actual product to use! Either it's the worst formula ever, or the handling of it was poor. Either way, this product is worthless.

Waterproof version left clumpy flakes under eyes

Prosclumps and flakes
I ordered a combo package that came with two of what I thought were Flawless Definition mascaras, my favorite. However, they were the waterproof version. I tried them anyway, and both mascaras left clumps in my eyelashes and flakes under my eyes. I have been using Flawless Definition for years, but this version is gross. Perhaps the mascaras were old, as they were part of a deal, and may have been sitting around awhile since they clumped like old mascara. What a disappointment. I had to throw away 2 brand new mascaras because they were clumpy and flaky.
