Loved the dress. Fit beautifully. I was looking for an elegant dress to wear for my wedding. The color is NOT champagne...it is more taupe!!!

This dress is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! As many others, I will be wearing this dress to my son's wedding. Looking for a champagne colored dress I thought would be a challenge...but this couldn't have been more perfect!
It is so elegant, sophisticated, and elite, and the fit is just right!

Although this is a very elegant and beautiful dress, the colour is actually more of a taupe than a champagne. The online photo does not do it justice.
It is also very generous in its sizing. I'm 5'6" and weigh 140lbs and normally wear a size 8 but this dress was very big on me. In fact, I also ordered the size 6 and it had to be returned as well because it was too big.
With this sizing, it's too bad J Kara dresses are not offered in size 4.

This dress was the perfect look for me being the Mother of the bride. My daughter has pearls in her wedding so this dress accented it nicely. The beading is very nice but the skirt part was a little too puffy for my lower area. I'll have it tailored to fit my waist. The shawl was very cute with the outfit, it didn't show it in the photo. It's a very elegant dress, classy and not showy.
