When I first saw this dress I really thought this was " oh so gorgeous." I kept thinking our daughter is getting married June 4th, 2011. This would be the perfect dress for me as Mother of the Bride. I ordered the size 10. I am a very strong size 10 in most lines of clothing. But J Kara the designer of this dress is too generous in sizing. I first called the wedding shop at Nordstroms and stated my concerns and dilemma. I was given options, but what I needed was this dress in a size 6. And as customer you need the right fit for the right occasion I am sending back the size 10 and I did snap up a size 6 by chance last Friday.
I received my SIZE 6 today and I am so excited to have gotten the perfect fit for me the MOB. Thanks Nordstroms !!!
This dress is so elegant and beautiful along with the detailed beading and shawl. Perfect Spring/Summer Wedding Dream for the MOB.

This dress is well-made and beautifully beaded. However, it is not a two piece dress. I was expecting a skirt and top,instead I opened the box to find a dress and scarf, which I will not wear. Still it is a beautiful gown.

The dress is beautiful! I bought it for my son's wedding. The bodice is beaded and flattering, the skirt flowing. I even love the shawl that matches. Perfect to cover for the sevice.

I recently ordered this dress for my son's wedding this coming Oct. Just like the previous reviews, it is a little darker than the picture, but I love it! I knew with how short I am, it will have to be altered. My futute daughter-inlaw just loved it & so does my husband. Can't wait now tll the wedding!
