I wore this dress for my son's May wedding. I really felt beautiful in it, and the colors in the dress looked so nice with the champagne and neutral colors of the wedding party. It was a little big in the bust, but I usually have that problem. I wore beautiful gold shoes and the length showed them off. It was very comfortable and I did a lot of dancing! Loved the beading....

The dress is much darker then the picture. The stitching around the pearls is done in gold threading and not white like the picture. This change in thread darkens the top. The skirt is much darker brown in person. For these reasons, I'm not sure I want to keep it for my daughter's wedding. With my tan, the pearly top should have looked good, but not so with this dark dress.
I bought this for a black tie winter wedding. When I looked online I kept coming back to this one even though many of the reviews were for different seasons. It is truly a beautiful dress. True size recommended a 12 but I took a chance on a 10 and it fit perfect! Just a little hem. The neckline is very flattering and the dress is slenderizing It is a pleasure to deal with Nordstrom's. i ordered and returned several dresses but was so happy to keep this one.
