I have tried many pencils and this one in the black is one of the best. I tried the blue and purple and didn't like the colors at all. Also the blue did not smear smoothly. But the black is about as good as a pencil gets. It goes on smooth smudges then sets. As with all pencils they do not last more than a few hours without needing some touch up. If you use a primer it will last longer. I don't b/c i find primers drying to my eye area.

Prossmudgable
Had high expectations for this pencil but when I put it on, it smudged like crazy. I have gotten better results from a drug store brand. Wouldn't recommend it!

Proslong-lasting
This is my favorite eye pencil. It glides onto the skin so smooth. I've tried other eye pencils in the past, but they don't compare to this one. Love, Love, Love it!!

Proseasy to blend, smudgable, long-lasting
soft pencil doesen't tug, goes on easily but wrong color for me.
