It is absolutely the one I need. I really love it. I dont like the enriched one because I need a light and feel-free softener, so I bought this one. It was a right choice. It is hydrated softener. Feel smooth and white after used a line of these "white lucent" products.
I use to use the one from their Skincare line but changed to this one since I wanted brightening. Works great and i like the scent and texture! Have to use a bit longer to see if the brightening works for me but overall I like this product.

Prosnon-drying, refreshing, glowing skin
I've been using this product for more than 10 years. It works great for my skin-type (Asian, Fair). I get compliments on my skin all the time and I really think I owe it all to the Shiseido White Lucent skincare product line. I use the softener after the cleanser, but before applying the emulsion and sunscreen. I highly recommend this!
