Not very effective yet

I have not used the Serum De-puffing Eye Massage under make up yet. I guess I am too old for effective use. It does not do much toward depuffing my eyes so far.
The first time I bought this, the associate recommended I keep it in the refrigerator. A cool application enhances the already positive effects of this serum. It reduces puffiness and eye fatigue. I’m very particular about lotions and serums and have very sensitive skin around my eyes. This is one of the best and I wish it had been around a lot longer for those mornings after a late night at work. The only problem is that I often forget it is in the refrigerator!
