This is the perfect serum to use first thing in the morning when you wake up with puffy bags under your eyes! I find that the cooling effect actually works and my eyes look more awake and refreshed. It is a staple of my morning routine.
I bought this for me initially but my husband took it to try it and he swears by it. I've since bought him 4 more so he had them in his car, briefcase, gym bag and home. That's how much he loves it. It really does a great job of getting rid of the puffiness under the eyes. We call it his coffee in a roller. It helps slightly with the darkness but not as much ad other products. Is the best for puffiness under the eyes. Highly recommend for yourself or spouse.
