I have been looking not only for a rain shoe , but a comfortable rain shoe for such a long time. This is it. I plan on wearing these on my trip to Paris. Rain boots were too bulky to pack and not suitable for all day wear. But other rain shoes I tried were just awful hard rubber foot beds. These are cute, comfortable, and go with everything but my dinner dress! I'm so happy! I ordered them in black patent.
Prosversatile, comfortable, stylish, great quality, practical
It's very rare that I love a product so much that I go out of my way to buy exactly the same thing again, but this product is IT. I live in a northern climate and can wear these shoes three seasons out of four. I've had mine for four years and they get very consistent wear: when traveling, commuting and working on our acreage. It's no surprise, but they are now falling apart. What I love: The Ashdale is warm, comfortable, easy to put on/take off, of great quality, practical, stylish and has great long-term performance. I wear a 71/2, but get this shoe in a size 8 to accommodate socks. They do stretch after several wearings, though. The tread does not pick up rocks/stones. I will be buying these in every colour.

Prospractical, versatile, cute
I live in these each fall through spring in Chicago.The perfect shoe to throw on when you walk the dog or run an errand and don't want to bother with putting on boots. Also great in the rain. The sturdy sole makes them much better for walking than typical duck shoes. Runs a little small. I am a true 10.5 and wear an 11 in the ashdale. The only negative is that they aren't the most durable. I only wear for a season and then the plastic cracks and leaves gaping holes to let water in. This is the third pair I have purchased in three years. That said, I am still really pleased given how much use they get. If I look st cost per wear they are well worth it.

Prospractical
I love these shoes and they are worth the price. They are warm and suitable for rain or snow. They are perfect for cold spring/fall wet weather and look cute with jeans. A great alternative to a tall rain boot or winter boots when you really don't want to wear a boot.
