I have this Triplet Boot in another color & love it so much I bought chocolate. Boots arrived in a quick time. However, they were slightly more snug in the upper instep than my previous Uggs. I believe these are the real thing (as opposed to many online sites which sell bootleg Uggs) but I think I just got a slightly snug pair. I've ordered another pair and I'll return the pair that is tighter than the other. Regardless I love this boot and this brand.
This was my first time making a purchase from UGG. I wanted a boot that provided warmth especially within the toe are. This boot exceeded my expectations. In comparison to most boots I purchase it's more along the pricier side but my best opion I can suggest is that either you spend the money for a quality item or you have to spend money multiple times because of items that don't meet the bare minimum expectations. If you have a wide foot you may experience a little discomfort around the top. These boots are nice for casual wear and you can transition to a more dressy style of you have the right outfit.
