I bought the boots for my daughter last year and they have been her favorite winter wardrobe item. The service in the store was excellent, the sales staff member knew that the boots ran big and recommended making sure they almost feel a little small because they will loosen up, sure enough they did to fit perfectly. Thank you Nordstrom for another great purchase and great service.
I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 in normal shoes and I wear a 6 in Uggs. They are snug at first but stretch out. My last pair of tall Uggs lasted four years- totally worth the money!
