It was just like buying other pair of Uggs from their official Uggs website, just a fraction cheaper. The shipping was great because it came within a week of ordering it when it usually take it about two weeks for stuff for me to arrive. The packaging was great, they had all the protectant and waterproof wrapping. I'm very happy with the overall process of it. And the boots came exactly like the picture.
We are a family of Ugg lovers and own over a dozen pairs. This is the first that will need to be returned. We ordered the grey color and the dye lots are different colors. It looks horrible. The fit is comfy, but they definitely were lazy when color matching the suede.

This is a perfect shoe for most casual ocassions in the winter...love, love, loveeeeeee. I will be getting this in two colors.
My boyfriend purchased these shoes for his neice and she just loved them! Had them on the entire night we were there, and it wouldn't surprise me if she slept in them.
