very good products. The ugg boots is perfect with real fur, very warm. Delivery and customer service very good and friendly. I will buy a lot of stuff from Nordstrom if I have a lot of money. :D

Reordered Boots Feel Different

I had to reorder this boot, but it had nothing to do with the product. It was a credit card issue. I was waiting to receive the second pair before returning the first. Well, I got the second pair - same boot, same size, yet they feel completely different. In fact, the first pair is much softer inside than the pair I just received. First pair was picked up in the store, second was shipped. I know the price just went up, so I'm wondering if something has changed in the manufacturing.
