Received the boots and they were exactly as pictured and described. I love them! They are true to size and very comfortable. They are the perfect hight. I love the buttons on the sides, adds a little to the boot. Bought them in grey and I like the shade of grey that they are. I was disappointed to see that the price was recently raised on them though by over $20...

I bought these on-line. When they arrived, one of the elastic "straps" that goes around the button was "torn off and broken"...then as I tried them on, another elastic strap broke off in my hand, this one on the other boot! 2 boots, 2 broken elastic straps!!!!! Considering what UGG charges for these, I would have expected better quality. I am taking them back and getting my money back!
Very Disappointed!

If I could, I would wear these 24-7. They are comfy cozy and the color is great in gray. My daughters keep trying to steal them from me.
