The moment I received my Ugg "Bailey Button Triplet" boots, I put them on my feet. They are gorgeous! They make me feel as if I'm walking on air, because they are soooo comfortable. How could I ask for anything more? They are definitely five star boots!

watch for right boot defect

First let me say I love theses Uggs they are very comfortable and they look great. The problem is the right boot has a defect in the material in the front of the shoe. The suede is thinner than on any of my other ugg boots. I bought the first pair in February and didn't notice until my big toe started coming through the top of the shoe, no hole but one was on the way so I exchanged them in May for a new pair. The new pair arrived with the same problem. The shoe on the right side had thinner suede. I just returned them and I'm so sad because truly loved the style. I have two other pairs of Uggs both over 10 years old and I wear them often. I am hoping Ugg is going to fix this defect so I can continue buying the boots! As far as Nordstrom's customer service, they are great! Everyone I dealt with was lovely.

The product was a gift, it was good, as good as any Uggs. What was really great is Nordstroms customer service, I needed this exact product, and the employee searched 3 stores, found it, and shipped it over night, I couldn't ask for more. I simply love Nordstrom, it was my first time shopping there, and it's love at first sight, now it's my favorite place!

Prosuggs, warm, comfy
Uggs never let me down. And now I can find boots that fit my wide calves and not cut off my circulation without unbuttoning them. (WiNNING) As always they are comfy and warm. I suggest if you get the lighter color you also buy the spray to help keep dirt and water off of them. Cant go wrong with a brand new pair of uggs and they were on sale. Who doesn't love a sale.
