I PURCHASED THIS SLIPPER AROUND 5 YEARS AGO AND ALTHOUGH, ONE SIZE SMALLER THAN WHAT I WEAR THE SALES CLERK TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD STRECTH AND SINCE I LIKED THEM AND THE CLEARANCE PRICE WAS A DEAL I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A TRY. TO MY SURPRISE,THE SLIPPERS DEFINITELY STRECHED TO MY FOOT SIZE AND I HAVE ENJOYED THEM FOR MANY YEARS. WHEN I TRIED TO REPLACE THEM THIS YEAR I SEARCHED IN THE INTERNET ENDLESSLY WITH NO LUCK; THEN ONE DAY WHILE SHOPPING AT NORDSTROM A NICE SALES LADY ASK IF I NEEDED HELP I DESCRIBED THE UGG SLIPPER AND RIGHT AWAY SHE NEW THE SLIPPER I WAS DESCRIBING AND WE CONCLUDED THAT THIS PARTICULAR STYLE WAS PROBABLY DISCONTINUED. SHE THEN ASKED THE FRONT DESK CLERK TO LOOK UP THE INVENTORY AND ONE AND ONLY ONE PAIR WAS FOUND, IRONICALLY THE SAME SMALL SIZE AS BEFORE BUT KNOWING THEY WILL STRECH I ORDERED THEM AND NOW I'M SO HAPPY I DID. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL. THANKS NORDSTROM REPRESENTATIVE, I'M A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
So very satisfied with Nordstrom. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I will not shop any place else. Took back slippers that I bought for my daughter 2 Christmas' ago. Small hole in toe. They took them back and sent me a brand new pair. No questions asked. I have shopped at Nordstrom for a very long time. Now I have 3 small grandchildren to shop for. Love the kids shoes and clothes.

These sippers are the greatest

This is my second pair of Rylan slippers and I expect that I will get another pair once these have worn out. I had my first pair for 5 years and eventually wore a hole in the toe, but I did wear these slippers most every day and even outside at times. They are so nice and warm, yet my feet don't sweat in them. The suede cleans very easily. I do like this color more than the lighter color of my previous pair. I wear them in the kitchen and have been known to spill on top of them so I am happy with this darker color.
