I ove Opulashi because it gives me big separated lashes that still appear soft. I woudl compare it to Clinique High Impact and Dior Show. I like it better, though because it has a dry feel but doesn't flake. I like that it does not smudge or run, but it washes off easily with soap. This is the only mascara for me.
I searched for YEARS trying to find a mascara that would stay on my lashes. Everything always ended up around my eyes, and I looked like a smiley-eye-gone-wrong. I don't know if I have excessive oily lashes or what! My girlfriend who works for MAC recommended this, and I've been hooked ever since. It stays on ALL day, but still washes off easily at night. As a mascara, it does what it's supposed to. A clump free voluminous look. Maybe not as fantastic loooking as some right when you apply, but I'll never switch, because it stays put, and that's my issue.
This mascara isn't waterproof...it's better! It takes warm water to get it off, so crying isn't an issue. My lashes are never crunchy or goopy. They feel soft and lengthened.
I love this mascara & I am really picky about mascara. I have tried every brand under the sun and this one is my favorite. It is the only one that doesn't smudge and is easy to take off. It makes my lashes look long and thick. Thank you, MAC!
