My skin is crazy sensitive and the smallest things will cause me breakouts. This has been pretty good so far, though it's only been a week. I love how it softens and blurs foundation and does not look cakey. The green tone was scary at first, but since I do get red from blemishes and with it being cold it does the job. Even though I don't really have anything to compare it to, it's a good buy.
I love this for setting foundation and helping woh redness. I'm 48 and found Laura mercies to be good for my age skin. Fairly normal dry in the winter. I was looking for a way to set my makeup and touch up during the day. I like a matte finish. So I looked at the reviews and they were accurate: it's a super product and priced competitively.
I use the loose translucent powder in the morning, and use this pressed powder (if needed) at the end of the day. Absorbs any shine and keeps makeup fresh.
Ever since I started using Bare Minerals Bare Skin, my face is super dewy and oily by the afternoon. I also have sensitive skin and use strong rx's for my acne, so that could also be a factor. That aside, this product has totally revolutionized my makeup routine. I blot it on before applying foundation, and my face stays matte all day. Sometimes I touch up in the afternoon, but most days, I don't have to. My skin also has a bit of a red undertone, so the green tint is perfect for combatting that. It also doesn't clog my pores!
