What you see is what you get, the colors are spot on the sizing is right on the money. Extremely comfortable and in my honest opinion the best for the buck.

This is my second pair of Cole Haans. The shoe has one of the best designs for a pair of driving loafers (emphasis on driving). This may have been discussed in previous reviews, the only issue I have come across is the bottom front of the shoe tends to wear while "walking." There is a perfect amount of sole from the back of the shoe to the front except for the tip. I am not sure on how to wear these shoes (maybe focus more on walking on the back of the shoe where there is enough sole protection) to prevent such a wear but it will eventually happen to anyone that buys the shoe not knowing this issue. This shoe would have received 5 stars if it was not for this issue.
Our sales person was very helpful. We had a shoe to return (from an online order) and he helped us find an acceptable replacement. My son's foot is very long and narrow. We had to order the replacement shoe but he said for my son to try the shoe when it arrived and even told him to wear the shoe for a few days but to hang onto the box. He said even after wearing for a few times, if my son found it not to fit properly that he could still return them. The shoes have arrived and the fit is perfect.

I love these loafers their extremely comfortable and look even better in person. I would suggest that you don't wear them if you plan on doing a lot of walking in them cause they do scuff/scratch easily, other than that their great
