Pretty bottle by not functional

Because the brush is submerged in the bottle, the wand of the brush would apply the liner to my lashes making the stiff and sticky. The liquid liner worked fine.
This has been my go to eyeliner for the past 5 years. I will never not buy it. I tell everyone about it. It is on the expensive side but it lasts me a full year or more if I don’t crack the handle- which I do every year towards the end of the year... I twist it on too tight and it cracks which leads to the bottle drying out. This truly is the best liquid eyeliner you will ever use. The little wand is the perfect width - you can do a small line or a thicker line depending on the amount of pressure you apply and it’s a perfectly straight line. The eyeliner lasts ALL day. Does not run. If I sleep with my make up on... when I wake up in the morning the eyeliner is exactly in its place... no smudging or running. It’s not waterproof so it comes off easily when you wash your face so you don’t have to aggressively scrub it off. Buy it, you will not regret it.
Guerlain Liquid Eyeliner is the only eyeliner I will use. It is the BEST. The long handle and the thin brush make it easy to apply this nicely fluid eyeliner. Expensive, but well worth it.
this one's not easy. the packaging is so winsome. it makes me want to handel it. but the application is very easy to botch. I routinely end up with ... i guess it's too much on the brush ... because in two blinks it's on my lower waterline and laying on my lower lid in gobs. If i go slow and sparing enough and am extra careful to keep it out of the lashline then it can often be worth the peril. Carefully wait for it to dry before blinking or looking left, right, up or down. But then it stays put and and doesn't fade. doesn't travel around my face. Occasionally some will melt toward the outer corner of my eye for that fabulous smeared up and down look. it's a mixed bag. When it all goes well and i get away with it it's magnificient. For not knowing what i'm going to get it's mediocre. I probably won't repurchase, but I haven't stopped trying it out.
