The ruching just below the bust of this dress is overwhelming and really makes your waist look much wider. If you're already super skinny, this may not be a problem, but this dress was not slimming on me at all.

Bought this for a wedding. Wore another dress instead but couldn't bear to return this. The Indian Teal color is just beautiful!! I am busty, with an hourglass shape, and this was flattering except for a bit too much material (ruching) that seemed to gather at the waist. Other than that, it's a stunner.

Although I am a Petite, I ordered a regular size 6 and the fit was perfect! I am wearing this to a wedding next week and just love the dress!! I have the dress in Dahlia and the color is beautiful. Very elegant and beautiful.

I'm extremely disappointed with this dress. I have a nice figure aside from a very small pooch at my belly. Normally it goes unnoticed, but this dress made it scream, "Look at me! I'm HUGE!" It clings to every curve, good or bad. DO NOT believe the other reviews that say this dress is flattering for all body types. It's simply not true. It fits horribly. I ordered a size up and it was still too tight. I ended up buying a dress with the same cut from another designer, and it fit beautifully, pooch and all. Also, the color is way off from the website. It's much much darker and would be best suited for fall or winter, definitely not summer or spring.
