I love the neckline of this neck and it fi so perfectly but the ruching didn't lie flat in the back on the first one I tried. It was so pretty I actually tried another one, hoping that the first was just sewn wrong. But the second didn't lie flat across the front. Also in the second attempt the bustline was bigger so didn't fit as well and look as pretty. So, I gave up. The style of the neckline is very pretty.
I ordered this dress for my mom who is in her late 50s and wears a 14. We did not like the material which was shiny and not heavy enough to provide more structure. I would recommend this dress for slimmer women because it is quite unforgiving on larger, curvier women. The material is too thin to highlight tummies, and highlight and celebrate curvy hips. My 87year old grandma was present during the fitting and she hated it as well. So there you have it, the dress was a flop for me, my mom, and granny.
