This item is very comfortable but not as slimming as I'd like. I ordered a size large, I am 5'6" and 180. I considered going down a size to try to get something that would really hold me in but then I though "Naaaaahhhhhhh", it gives me enough to make it worth it to wear under my t-shirt tops and I have purchased it in another color.

This tank smoother is the BEST! Straps are comfortable cotton without the adjustable nubs in the back. Don't need them on this item. Cotton top and bottom make it cooler to wear. It's my second one.

Good luck in getting this on and off. It doesn't have enough give to go over the chest easily. Once I finally got it pulled down, I thought I was going to dislocate my shoulders getting it off. I'd still be trapped if my daughter wasn't home to come running when I called her. It is definitely going back.

This tank is comfortable but I had read reviews on other sites and they stated to order a size larger than you normally would. I wear a 34G bra and ordered a size large in this tank, however it was way to big and long so I returned and ordered a medium. The medium did fit much better, tighter around the middle for the stomach-smoothing look, but it is still quite long. The cotton on the chest area is great as it doesn't flatten you in that area and there is a small band of cotton at the bottom so that you can supposedly wear untucked and not look like you're wearing shapewear. However, I returned the medium as well as it is just to long for me (I'm 5'4" and short waisted) and if it is not pulled down taut, it bunches up and looks all wrinkly. For smoothing the sides of your body I give it a 5 star as it really gives you that hour-glass look, but I only give it a 2-3 star for smoothing any stomach bulge or pooch.
