I haven't found a mascara that compares to this one. It really is multi-dimensionnel! With my blonde lashes, my eyes look washed out, but when I wear this mascara my eyes pop and my lashes look thicker and longer.
I had been using Inimitable Intense for years, so decided to try a few other brands like Dior, Lancome, etc. just for the change. I've actually tested other brands a few times since starting with Inimitable Intense years ago. This Chanel product is hands down the best mascara for me. I will add, however, that it seems that Chanel's Volume is always described by Nordstrom's cosmetics staff and reviewers as the most popular mascara in the industry - and I've been encouraged a few times to try it. I did try it, twice, and while Volume is definitely a great product too, it is a bit heavier than I want at this age.
