Unfortunately this is the worst mascara I’ve ever purchased. I switched back to my other favorite brand. I thought the mascara would be of better quality since it’s Chanel, but from the beginning it was dry and the formula was not great. Same for the sample I received along with this purchase. I wish I could return it but keeping it for an emergency go-to. Even then I’m not sure I’d use it…
This has been my favorite mascara for years. It does not clump on my lashes and makes them look long and lush. If it thickens in the tube near the end of its life, I just add some of my Refresh eye drops, close, and shake the tube. I have learned to put the first coat on the top of my top lashes, then one or two coats on the underside of my top lashes. I really don’t even need to curl them any more!
