I have had my Uggs for awhile. I do pretreat each of them before I wear them , but never had to really clean them. I use the cleaner for the top of the boot where u pull them on and it works. I did go on utube for added tips. The deodorizer is great as well, keeping them fresh. A must for Ugg owners. They are an investment I like to take care of them.
