Used this kit on my uggs classics and on my uggs slippers and they came out like new. The cleanser and the protector seem to really do the trick. The tool to pull up the suede and keep it soft is very effective. The freshener spray is also a delight - keeps them smelling great! This is definitely worth the money and will bring new life to all of your uggs!

I've been the proud owner of virtually every color tall Ugg boots since I was 15 (I'm 22), and of course since they're my favorite shoes, I wear them a lot! This collection of shampoo, protector, and freshener ensure that my favorite shoes last forever! I still have Uggs from 2007 that look brand new to this day - like I just walked out of Nordstrom with new Uggs :)
My 12 yr. old daughter watched the video on Nordy's website and proceeded to use as directed. Easy to use and worked very well!

I am an UGG lover, and I recently was in London where, of course, it rained causing considerable water damage to the front tips of my boots. This $20 investment saved me from having to replace my beloved UGGs!!!
