I used cleaner and protector. I think it did a good job overall, refreshing my dark brown boots but didn't improve the appearance. I followed the directions and brushed the boots after drying as recommended but I think the boots look somewhat duller than before I cleaned them. The amount of product in small bottles is plentiful to perform several cleanings/conditioning. Good product overall.

UGG Care Kit

Prosuseful.

I loved to see how clean my UGGS got after I used this kit. But I didn't really like that there were no instructions like a little packet. I didn't like how it was on the bottle. But other than that I loved it :)

I actually tried to apply it to knit UGGs.. You just need to be very careful. AND It does cleaned the sheepskin UGGs, but I'm not sure that If the protecting one really works.
