I wore my ugg boots on a rainy day and they got so muddy and gross! I cleaned them with the conditioner provided in the cleaning kit and I swear my boots look brand new! I love this stuff!!

I am not certain on how to use either sides of the brush. When do I use the bristle side, or the clay like side? The video is not completely helpful. I would recommend placing a sheet with step by step instructions on how to use all the tools & sprays.
I think Nordstrom should provide complimentary Ugg cleaning (with proof of purchase from Nordsrom)...

Prosaffordable, useful
This kit is awesome. It has everything you need to take care of your new/used Uggs or any other sheepskin boot. Some reviewers stated that there was a lack of directions on how to use the products but all of the bottles have clear directions on them. Definitely purchase with your Uggs.
