Works Best on New UGGs

Unfortunately, I didn't purchase this product until after my pink UGG 'Coquette' Slippers were already slightly dirty (after 3 months of wear and tear). While the cleaner did remove most of the surface dirt on the sheepskin upper, it did not remove all dirt from the sheepskin lining. Also, even though I followed the instructions to the letter, the "protector" hasn't provided much protection. My slippers showed some scuff dirt one week later. You might retain protection results longer if you use the protector prior to wearing your UGGs. As for me, I think I will just break down and by another pair of UGGs - I don't want to have to keep cleaning my slippers every week!

I received it yesterday. I thought that It is regular sized what a nice price. However, a half-sized(4floz) than I expected(8floz). It would be going back. There are any detail. eg. size

Prosease of use
I read in a couple of the reviews that instructions were not included with the products - read the labels on the bottle, they contain complete instructions. The bottle of protectant was more than enough for three pair of tall Uggs.

UGG® Australia Sheepskin Care Kit

Proshigh quality
I got some UGG boots for Christmas and ordered the Care Kit later. It came just before the ice and snow storm in Dallas. I used the protector before I wore the boots out in the ice. I have since then brushed and used the protector again for the snow. So far I do not have one spot on the boots and they look like I have never worn them. I love the protector and am confident the conditioner-cleaner and freshener will provide the same high quality as the protector when I do get a spot on the boots or just want to make them look new at a later date.
