Nice Fitted Sheet

I needed to replace a torn cream fitted sheet, and the original brand is no longer available, this looked closest. I am delighted. The color matches the original cream sheet perfectly. The size is also sufficient to easily cover my thick CA King pillowtop mattress without straining. The slickness of the new fabric finish does disappear with washing, and the washed fabric finish is not quite as smooth as the original sheet without ironing (I don't use fabric softner), but they seem to wash and dry well and are fairly smooth - soft and slightly crinkled - straight out of the dryer. Obviously I can't speak to durability as I just received this sheet, but the fabric also feels sturdy and thick, so they may last a while. If they hold up as well as I expect, I will buy more sets for the rest of the house.
I buy these sheets every year during the anniversary sale. They fit great on the larger mattresses, and the fabric is so soft.

I do not use a flat sheet so i shop for sheet seperates (not sets). I couple/few years ago I bought these sheets. I bought a couple queen size fitted sheets to fit my queen mattress, and four sets (8) of king size pillow cases to fit my queen size pillows (2 for me 2 for my husband). This is so I always have a fresh set ready to go on the bed. I wash the bedding frequently. This summer 2014 during the Anniversary Sale I decided to get a new fitted sheet. We have a new year old kitten who loves to play on the bed and over time created some wear. I've been so please with these over the years and with Nordstrom great customer service I did not hesitate to buy again. I got the same grey ridge color so it matches the grey ridge pillow cases from years ago. The new one definitely looks "new" compared to our older ones. The material is so shiny and goes on the mattress with such ease. Over the years of repeated washing and drying it is a little harder to get it on the mattress and not shiny. But I don't think any sheet would? Not the softest material ever but it's surely not a complaint of mine. It feels nice on my skin.
I have tried several brands of sheets but none compare to these. The extra-deep pocket fits nicely over our pillow-top mattress and stays in place. Well worth the price and are silky-smooth as advertised..
