Love Nordstrom service, but these sheets aren't as great as I'd hoped. The Cal King fitted sheet is way too big -- and we have a deep mattress. Also, it does not feel like 500 thread count. (At least not yet -- maybe it will soften with washings.) Our Restoration Hardware sheets were softer (and fit better).
These sheets are so soft and smooth. After a couple of months, they are still like new. We are so pleased with the quality of these sheets, that we've ordered a second set. Overall, these are a high quality product.
This sheet fit perfectly on my Cal King. Very soft. Arrived quickly.

Prossoft sheets but, low quality
I have high standards for sheets and these sheets failed to meet my standards. After approximately 4 washings they begin pilling. For a $200 complete sheet set (flat, fitted, and pillowcases), I expect better quality. I will not be purchasing any more sheets made by Nordstrom.
The sheets are very soft but the pilling is a deal breaker for me.
