Honestly if you need something to keep your curves to gather as a man and you don’t want bulges over your neatly dressed pants. This is the perfect tool to keep you nice in together it flows well with my suits and also when I wear a nice T-shirt. I recommend this to any man small or large any size because some people like to have that smooth look.
This compression tank is great at smoothing out your edges and flattening your stomach. It’s very breathable, and doesn’t feel like you have anything on under your shirt! The compression also helps support my back and makes me sit straighter. Highly recommend to get a size smaller than your T-shirt size. It will be tight at first but it loosens over time. I’ve purchased 3 in the past 4 years.
The spanx are very effective. I had abdominal etching surgery a month ago and the doctor took me off of my compression garment and recommended the spanx. It is tight enough to hold you and looks great at the same time.
