I LOVE my Merrell's and Nordstrom, as always, totally performed !! I received them 2 days after I placed the order with no extra shipping costs. I will remain a repeat customer to both Nordstrom's and Merrell.
The picture that initially comes up is not correct. The shoe I purchased was not smooth leather but suede. (I would have preferred the leather). That aside, the shoe is warm and comfortable. I had to return the shoe because it was slightly big - I'm between a 5/5.5 (mostly size 5) and Nordstrom did not have a 5. ( I was able to purchase this in a 5 elsewhere).
