Pro: great for walking and very, very comfortable. I have two pair and love them! Con: Don't use for walking on ice or slippery areas. The wonderful soles don't do so well in that condition. But I didn't buy them for snow shoes, and I love them anyway.
I've been wearing these shoes for many years. They're not the most stylish shoes but they are the most comfortable and durable shoes I've ever owned. I wear them to work every day and walked all over Europe for two weeks and have never had a problem and I have really bad feet (bunions, etc.). Because I wear them so much I get a new pair at least every year and have several pairs to alternate. The only issue I've ever had is that sometimes I'll get a pair that squeak a little.
I have a pair of these from probably 15 years ago & they fit perfect! These were just a bit too wide, unfortunately they went back!! Some us of need narrow & soo many brands just don't offer them!!
