Eileen Fisher always gets it right. I wear her petites in a medium and they are just perfect. I just got these in white and they are are perfect because you cannot see through them. I also have have the same pants in black which I have had for several years and they still look brand new. I would like her to make these in more colors. I am a big fan of hers.

Prosversatile, flattering
These pants were bought for a recent trip to Mexico City in summer. They look polished when dressed up with sandals and a jacket, and worked for a four-hour flight with sneakers and a hoodie. I can't believe I lived without these as long as I have. Now I want to purchase them in every color. They hit me right above the ankle (I am 5'4") and an XS regular fit my slim build. I missed having pockets but realize that the lack of pockets contributes to their slim, neat fit. The fabric is lightweight but I did not find the white see-through. It has a slightly "puckered" quality that camouflages bumps and bulges. Really pleased to have discovered these thanks to a wonderful blogger who specializes in style tips for "women of a certain age."

I needed an updated black travel pant.......one that works for any occasion........these pants are perfect. The fabric gives a bit.....these are not like leggings. I ordered an xs based on other reviews .....Glad I did.....FYI.....I am 5'6"..... 125 lbs. The pants hit a little above my ankle.

Prosslimming, comfortable
I liked the first pair so much... I bought 3 more. They're lightweight. Slimming. Super comfortable. However, I have to say... they're way too expensive when they're not on sale.
