Overall good high impact bra once it gets hooked. It is my first sports bra with hooks. Next time, I might look for one that closes in the front. I find it very difficult to attach the hooks in the back and getting the bra tight enough for support. My regular bras hook in the back, so I think the difficulty is hooking this bra on the hooks that give good support for high impact such as running.

I got this bra because I am breastfeeding and needed something more supportive, with easy access in case of an emergency feeding. I couldn't be happier with it -- great support, easy back closure, and the velcro straps in the front provide easy access if necessary. The velcro is amazing and doesn't seem to wear (or weaken) even with repeated use/washes
These Fiona sport bras are comfortable with easy on and easy off capacity thanks to the velcro at the shoulder junction. A very smart bra providing enough support for a strenuous workout.
