I'm 5 feet tall ad weigh 104 and look fine in most 4 petites. This dress fits fine in the bust (I'm 32C) and shoulders. I'd agree with reviewers that it's tad large in the shoulders, but it fit all right in the bodice. But there is a sort of cumberbum in the back around the waist area, and it makes my waist look big. (It is not big, but i'm not 23 either). The layers in the back make me look big in the rear, and my rear is about average for a 4P. I'm sorry to say I'm returning this dress. I would advise this dress for someone who has at least an average bust, and quite small in the waist and rear.

This dress is really pretty in person, and very light and comfortable to wear. The design of the dress is very flattering and feminine. I found it to be true to size with the skirt part being a bit larger and flowy. Quality fabric and design!
