They're Red Wing, so they're obviously well made. The leather is thick and high quality, and they're a great combination of rugged and dressy. I ended up returning them though because of the color. The Cigar Featherstone isn't anything close to what's shown in the picture. Instead of a rich brown, they're closer to an orange-ish color. It's not bad, but it doesn't really match anything I have.
Like many others, had to go 1/2 size down (actually a full size from sneakers). With thick socks and an insole these are perfect. Breaking them in now - I can't imagine how anyone would do so without thick socks
Boot is extremely beautiful & very comfortable- I highly recommend this style from RedWing - I already own 2 pairs which I wanted . You can definitely wear these magnificent boots almost with every clothing apparel for any occasion, this is probably one the most best boots I have brought at Nordstrom online. This is a 10 Star rate that I give for online shopping at Nordstrom.

My legs are medium-sized, I wear sneakers 10.5 and shoes 10. First I bought Beckman size 10, as advised by Nordstrom. But it turned out that this is a very large size. I ordered a size of 9.5, they fit well in the beginning, sat tight, the heel slid a little when walking. I put the insole, put on a thicker sock and started walking around the rooms. At first the shoes were tight on my leg, but after 3-4 days I felt a little freer on my shoes, I even began to think that I needed to buy a size 9, but changed my mind, because with medium-density socks (thickness) and without insole, shoes will sit well on your feet. Either I will wear with less dense socks but with an insole The size of my foot corresponds to the European size 43.5 (28.8 cm) foot width 10 cm
