Prossporty, stylish
Purchased this watch for my husband. Purchased these watches for my brothers and friends. Looks great in person... love the red and black combo. Looks sporty but stylish and durable. I definitely think my husband will appreciate it. Shipping was decent, although I admit this is actually the first time I ordered a watch from Nordstrom. I usually order my watches/shoes at a different and also well known department store and I get my orders ridiculously fast! Like 2 days every time (not an exaggeration) I usually order clothing items from Nordstrom and the delivery is always a bit longer (4-5 days)... my only major complaint... When I got the watch it came in a white BabyG shock box with no instruction manual (really Nordstrom? That's not your standards!)... never had that problem with the other department store... my GShock watches always came complete in a handsome box... So unfortunately I have to drive to Nordstrom, which isn't that close, just to switch out into a more appropriate box and get a manual since this is a present...

The watch is very nice, however when I received the item it was in a medium size box just wrapped in tissue paper. There was no watch box or anything. I had to drive to the store to get one as this is a gift. Other then that the watch is very nice!

Multi-functions G-shock

This is my first G-shock and use it for over a year now. I love it. Cool looking, strong structure. This is the watch that with analog and digital display that can use the stopwatch, countdown timer or world time at the same time and still has the local time on analog which is really good multifunctional. I don't need to keep switching the mode to find out what function is running right now.
The only thing I find need to be careful is that this watch is anti-magnectic (I think it means the hand of analog), but when I get very close to strong magnet such as MRI (which is very strong magnetic field of medical equipment for medical imaging), the hands will go off a bit. So, I will need to re-zero it back. not a big deal, but be careful if there is a strong magnetic field near the watch.
The light is a bit too weak especially in dark environment, but at least give me an idea what is the current time. The display on the screen? not really. I would suggest that use this watch in the day time.
