From some of the other reviews, I expected this to be more roomy. I usually wear a 6 and the Size 0 (which says it fits 4-8) doesn't have a lot of overlap when I fold it over my body so the robe gaps open in the front when I do things like climb stairs or sit down. This is made worse because, as other reviewers note, there is not an internal tie. Also, the outside tie slips around because of the material. There is plenty of room in the arms though. I think I will end up paying to have my own internal tie added but you shouldn't have to do that at this price. It is very soft and luxurious feeling so I am giving 4 stars but would prefer 3.5

I had my first robe like this for 15 years. I wear it all the time, so soft and so comfortable. It was definitely time to replace that first one so I jumped on it when I saw it at the anniversary sale. I had forgotten ow soft a new robe was. Perfect for cold Michigan winter nights
I am not a review writer, but I had to for this robe. I've searched and searched for the perfect robe for me and I found it in this robe. Elegant, tasteful, luxurious - I fell like Jean Harlow and Marilyn Monroe all rolled into one! Often a robe this luxurious and sexy is not warm - this robe delivers the warmth as well. It is simply DIVINE!
I am really loving the luxurious feel of this robe: the faux fur lining is especially decadent feeling, the satin outer shell is beautiful, and the weight is just right. I feel like I’m in a spa when I’m lounging at home. For me, the negative would be that the arms are not long enough on my frame to allow me to cuff them (I’m 5’7” of a normal, slender frame and ordered this in a 0 as recommended). This might be okay, as I ditched my last robe because the fur cuffs were getting crusty from all the contact with unavoidable things no matter how frequently I washed it. My other complaint would be the care for this garment. I thought I read that this was a ‘wash and dry’ situation in the reviews. Turns out it requires much more intensive care: hand wash! Line dry! That is almost a deal breaker for me given the intended utility of this item. I can see hand washing special dresses and such, but a robe? But, I do like the way this robe feels, short sleeves and all, so I’m keeping it.
