I love Jane Iredale products and started using Pure Pressed Base in Latte color first. Then decided to try Amazing Base but the Latte is a darker color than the Pressed Powder Latte, so I bought Golden Glow and it seemed perfect---seemed like the same color as the Latte in the Pressed Powder. Then decided to try the Liquid MInerals and bought it in Golden Glow, but it is a horrible pale yellow on me. Point is that I don't feel the colors match from product to product. The other problem is that this product came out chunky and I would have to rub my face hard to get the chunks to break up. Once I would get it all smoothed out and lightly dusted with Amazing Base powder, my face looked great so I think the product ultimately will be great. I returned this bottle as I think it may have been defective and I needed a different color anyway. I will try it again since I love Jane Iredale products and as long as its not chunky again, I think I will love it.
Love this foundation! Feels very light, good coverage without being too much. I tried the Jane Iredale BB cream, but found it too heavy and yellow hued.
This product is exactly what I was looking for. The finish is beautiful, there is just enough coverage to tone down my redness but still sheer enough for my freckles to show, and its ingredients are clean! It's just NOT THE RIGHT COLOR! I'm so sad about it. I'm very fair with a neutral-pink undertone, so the lightest shade, "Bisque" was out of the question because of its yellow undertone. I went with "Light Beige," the palest shade with a pink or neutral undertone in hopes that because it's so sheer, it would look fine. And it does. It actually looks really nice, like I've been sun-kissed. Unfortunately, I prefer to look like a ghost. It suits me better. I haven't decided if I'm going to return it or not yet. I might play around with mixing the foundation with a primer or something to lighten it up a bit because I just want it to work SO BADLY.
