I am a woman with a size 4 foot. So a kid's size 2 usually fits. I went with the Hunter size 3. It comes up on my calf just right and fits very well with socks. I am very happy with this boot.

I just purchased these in fushia and I adore them. They are very cute and comfortable. I am usually a women's 7 1/2 but the size 6 fit me perfect. Love them. They are also a good height.

I bought the kids size 3 - which is a 5.5 - 6-ish for women & after walking around in them, outside, in the real world -- they seemed narrow in the feet. (I do not have wide feet). However, I did buy these (originals) in blue for my 8 yr old -- of course Hunter Boots are AWESOME!!
But kid sizes, not so much for adults --
