Great Product but Used

These are great boots. They didn't have them in my daughter's size in the store, so they ordered them for delivery. Unfortunately, the boots we received were very clearly used. Worn, torn box, boots were scuffed on the sides, visible tread wear on the soles.
This was my first order and ship experience with Nordstrom and I was really surprised to say the least. They asked that I bring them back to a store and they would replace them with new ones, so that's good, but somewhat of a hassle, particularly this time of year.

I bought these for my daughter. She absolutely loves them! In addition I purchased liners, too. The liners help keep her feet warm in the colder weather.
The boot is a little roomy inside but, can be fixed with a thicker sock. Love the boot and the color! My daughter was so excited to get them. Would totally recommend to friends.
