I have tried numerous eye creams in all price ranges and this is the best one so far. I have used it twice a day for two weeks and am already seeing improvement in the tiny cross-hatching under my eyes. This is not surgery, but they are less noticeable.

I love the night repair eye cream from el! It's just awesome for my dark circles!
I am a long time users of Estee Lauder's advanced night repair eye, and what can I say? My eye condition is not getting worse, and I don't have a single line at the age of 36. Very satisfied!
