I love this dress! I am planning on wearing it for my daughter's outdoor evening wedding in our barn. It fits really good and I love the way the layers flow from the bodice down the length of the gown. It is very flattering and elongating! My daughter's face "lit up" when I modeled it for her! I found a natural place on the left side of the dress that extends from the knee down to the hemline which is a perfect spot to have a slit put in so my cowboy boots can show! I would highly recommend this dress for a "Mother of the bride dress" for anyone looking for one!

Had 2 of these shipped - a size 10 and 12. This is an extremely popular dress, especially in 'smoke.' I will have to return the 10 as it was a bit tight in the empire waistline. I am 5'8" and 160 lbs, slightly pear-shaped. I would NOT recommend this for a small-busted woman. The 12 fits me like a glove, but unfortunately I could only locate ONE of those in the entire USA, and it is from another department store. Nordstrom is very low on stock.

Lovely dress, but too low cut for a busty gal who doesn't want a ton of cleavage showing as a mother of the bride dress. I would be self concious and not be comfortable.
