Bought this dress for 40th high school reunion. I wore the slip type spanx underneath. I felt well dressed whether people were dressed fancier or more casually. It is a very flattering dress and very forgiviing of my figure flaws.
I got compliments all night on how good I looked. I plan to wear it to a wedding next month with dressier shoes.

I ordered a size 4 for my 5'6" 128 pound body and was surprised to find it was a little loose. I was expecting a body hugging dress but would have needed a size 2 for that. Fabric was kind of polyester stretch - not really a high quality dress but then again the price is not that high. Went for a color block black halo instead! Much more flattering and the size 4 fits like a glove!
